We offer local pickup for all in-stock items. For pre-order products, shipping time varies based on the level of customization. Overall, it takes 6-14 weeks for items to arrive in Edmonton.

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

LOCAL PICK-UP 

Selecting this option at check-out means your items will need to be collected from our warehouse, located at the south side of Edmonton. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pick-up notification.

Please contact customer service to book pick-up appointment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns/Refunds

We recommend viewing items in person before purchasing, as we offer no returns, refunds or exchanges.
